Join Ana in a supportive learning environment that is flexible. This Training is the foundation education that will help you authentically develop your skills that will last you a lifetime! This 200 Hour Curriculum is focused on 3 main branches! Asana- Bhakti and Yoga Sutra. Completing this course will qualify you to teach Yoga and is Yoga Alliance’s 200Hour Certification. This Training will help you develop your career as a teacher and make a positive impact on your students. This training is also extremely beneficial for advanced studentship because we take a deep dive into the 8 limbs exploring our consciousness- asana and lifestyle. Ultimately this training will lead you into your own understanding of Yoga for greater personal growth.

We will exploreMeditation, Pranayama, Chanting,, Anatomy and Asana-- our Sequencing Template- Physical Adjustments-  - Prana Vayus and Energetic Alignment,- Yoga Philosophy and Psychology through\ the Yoga Sutras of Patanjali. -Bhakti, Deities and Mythologies- Business practices for growth and How to make a living as a Yoga Teacher?.-
